Venue & Travel
Conference Venue
The Conference will take place at the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, located at Bercylaan 307, 1031 KP Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Central Location
Known as the Overhoeks district, the lively quarter in northern Amsterdam will soon be home to the city's largest hotel and new addition to Maritim's expanding portfolio. Towering 34 stories into Amsterdam's skyline, the iconic building on the "IJ Waterfront" will boast a total area of 52,000 sqm and 579 hotel rooms and suites. The city's old town center, Overhoeks Park, the harbor, and Schiphol Airport are all quickly reachable thanks to the new building's central location and excellent access to transportation infrastructure.
Maps & Transportation
The Maritim Hotel Amsterdam is in the immediate vicinity of the Central Station, allowing you to quickly reach all the main sights, museums and attractions of the city by public transport. Near the hotel you will find many interesting places such as the Anne Frank House, the Van Gogh Museum, the Rijksmuseum and the famous canals of Amsterdam. Also, numerous cafés, bars and restaurants nearby invite you to enjoy the delicious cuisine of the Netherlands.
If you'd like to discover Amsterdam beyond Overhoeks, excellent public transport system facilities are available. The central train station is just an eight-minute walk away, or alternatively, you can reach the hotel directly by shuttle boat around the clock. The Metro station is about ten minutes' walk from the hotel. The Metro network connects the southern and northern halves of Amsterdam. In just under half an hour, you can reach Amsterdam's international airport very conveniently by Metro.
The conference dinner will be located at the Straat Museum.

STRAAT is housed in an industrial warehouse. The exhibition is located on the ground floor, but please note that, due to the building's industrial character, the floor might be uneven. The museum has an elevator specially designed for disabled people that goes to the gallery and cafe. Toilets can be found on the ground floor and are accessible via a special route. At this moment, unfortunately, the panorama deck is not wheelchair accessible.
