The MaaS concept is developing worldwide, MaaS services are growing in number and versatility just as the ecosystem with existing and new players. Many public authorities are developing MaaS and the governance supporting that varies greatly (role of authorities, policy instruments used, stakeholders involved). TNO has developed a framework to elaborate on the different governance aspects and applied this to international MaaS cases (The Netherlands, Finland, Austria, Singapore, Los Angeles, Île-de-France). In the proposed session we will reflect on the results of the study from the perspective of the different cases from the US and Europe. [NL+LA+Finland, tbc]
