Isabel Hoff

Urbanism Next Center Graduate Assistant

Isabel Hoff is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture at the University of Oregon. She is focusing her studies on urban design and environmental sustainability. Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Isabel first moved to Portland for undergrad at Reed College, where she majored in biology and environmental studies. Her senior research thesis studied the effects of urban air pollution (primarily vehicular emissions) on green roof plants in Portland. Isabel is interested in how urban architecture and transportation can improve quality of life by making cities safer, healthier, and more accessible.
