West Coast Transportation Commissions to Discuss New Tech, Pay-per-mile Programs

State transportation commissions from Washington, Oregon and California will meet next week to discuss multiple topics, including the impacts of vehicle electrification and other new technology on West Coast transportation infrastructure.
