Cities are learning together, and finding new rhythms to carry them through a dramatic period of change and uncertainty. In response to the COVID crisis, racial justice movement, and economic downtown, they have launched new pilots and overhauled old plans and projects that were underway. Hear four cities share case studies of a project or planning process that pivoted during the 2020 year. Through panelist presentations and facilitated Q&A, attendees will learn about tactics used for rapidly implementing iterative solutions. We will tackle both the successes and failures to understand this new approach to flexible planning and project delivery.
