Cities continue to scramble to respond to cascading transportation changes of the past year--from the explosion of home delivery, to transit collapse alongside associated funding, to shifts in work and commute patterns. The need to reorient city mobility priorities will persist alongside increased city capacity to respond dynamically to evolving realities. This session will explore how cities should approach valuing and prioritizing their precious rights-of-way among the many competing demands and community priorities. Further, panelists will dive into the specific policies and technical requirements for implementation to come to fruition.
