Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) integrates various transportation services into a single mobility service accessible on demand, allowing consumers to plan, book, and pay for their trips in one seamless experience. In addition to traveler-facing solutions, many public authorities have concluded that they also need city-facing data analytical platforms so they can effectively deploy incentives and policies to meet sustainability, equity, and efficiency goals. This session will bring together public agencies and private partners in the search for the MaaS Holy Grail - a solution that seamlessly integrates the multimodal experience and reduces our reliance on personal vehicles.
