With over 7,000 retail stores closing in the US in 2017, there is little doubt that the retail industry is undergoing a fundamental change. Primary among them is a shift among consumers from shopping in stores to shopping online. Three real estate experts will discuss each other’s, and your, assumptions about why this change is occurring, the challenges and opportunities presented by e-commerce, and what the retail environment may look like in the future.
