The case for change: The pandemic is accelerating recent year’s shift toward greater flexibility in choice of workplace by top talent. Disruptions in the commercial real estate industry due to co-working and covid-19, and the whole world is asking, “What is the future of work?”. This presents an opportunity for innovation and a challenge to evolve beyond “the office” into a reimagined ecosystem of work spaces that truly empower and address our individual health, wellness, business, social and environmental needs, through an inter-connected eco-system of “home”, “spoke”, “hub” and “district” workplaces.
