This report contains findings from all of the community engagement the City of San Antonio conducted during its six-month Dockless Vehicle Pilot Program which began on October 19, 2018.

Key findings



Survey respondents had an overwhelmingly positive opinion of e-scooters and e-bikes in San Antonio. There was 86% favorability, where 0% corresponds to "strongly unfavorable" and 100% corresponds to "strongly favorable."



The survey found that 37% of survey respondents used an e-scooter or e-bike instead of walking and 30% would have taken an Uber, Lyft, or taxi.


