Key findings



Today's narrative seems to have people believing that emerging mobility providers are going to replace the traditional bus service. But the findings are that this is not true.



There is a gap between current and potential on-demand transit services, beginning pilot programs can to change this.



Subsides should be planned and implemented for carefully to better see the entire population.


