It looks at the barriers different communities experience regarding access to smart mobility technologies, and potential solutions to overcoming these barriers.

Many lower-income respondents and people of color have significantly lower access to drivers’ licenses, bank accounts and credit cards. They are often at a higher risk of experiencing devastating impacts from potential identity theft or lost funds from smart mobility applications.


